Auxiliary Cohorts

this is a means of increasing the database for safety and efficacy. By running a safety cohort parallel to the clinical investigation of efficacy, patients who do not meet the eligibility criteria can be enrolled. They are not included in the efficacy analysis but will add to the safety data.
